NUBRA VALLEY-HUNDER- LADAK REGION
Nubra Valley, Hunder: Before calling it a day and settling into my camp after the long trek from Jispa, I spent about 30-40 minutes exploring the Nubra Valley sand dunes. The sunlight, harsh and directly opposite, made the situation sweaty, and dusty, The windy situation changed the patterns on the sands. But I kept moving, composing shots along the way. I even prepared to use the backlight creatively for some abstract wide shots. My reliable Leica SL2-S with the 24-70 f/2.8 lens—one camera, one lens, always at the ready—allowed me to focus on my subject with precision. The last 3 shots are 3-5 shots panorama.
